Phone home

While living away from home, it's nice to be able to keep in touch with family and friends. We have provided every guest room with its own phone. This works on a credit system where you top it up just like a phone card. If you don't wish to make calls out you can still receive incoming calls and messages and make internal calls which you will not be charged for.

Each of our lounge rooms has its own phone where students can take incoming calls for the unit or make their own internal calls to the Raymont Lodge office or to students in other units.

There is also a coin operated gold phone on campus.

Lounging about

Sitting in your room or at the computer trying to finish important assignments will take up a lot of your time. However we appreciate the need for you to take time out.

Each unit has been fitted with a lounge, complete with its own kitchenette, where students can catch up with each other, relax and watch TV, or make toast and a cup of coffee.

While breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided, you will need to bring your own glass, mug, crockery, cutlery and food for snacks in your unit
