Payment schedule
Students pay in advance by the semester or by fortnightly direct debit.

Ongoing costs
Telephone, dryers, printing and photocopying and excess internet usage – on a user pays basis.

Fees are subject to alteration without notice.

Meals

Three meals per day are included in price of accommodation. Students can pack lunches for days that they are unable to return to Raymont Lodge. Late dinner meals are available.

Support Services Available

Personal support provided by Chaplains, staff and senior students.

Residency arrangements

Period of occupancy
Accommodation fees cover 41 weeks from the 15th Feb to the 28rd Nov 2012.

There are no extra fees for staying over the semester breaks.

Students can stay during the end of year vacation period for $342.51 per week. Except during the period of 24 Dec 11 – 3 Jan 12.

Family rate
A 5% discount on accommodation fees applies to the second or more residents belonging to the same immediate family.

If I want to leave early?
Students sign a Raymont Lodge contract that commits them for the entire year. Students wishing to leave early will only be released from the contract if another student replaces them.
