Location

Raymont Lodge Residential College is located in Auchenflower, an inner city suburb of Brisbane, Queensland.

Auchenflower itself is a quiet, green and leafy residential suburb. Within easy walking distance are convenience stores, medical centres, pharmacies and public transport.

Close to both trains and buses, it’s quick and easy to get to the CBD and Toowong as well as restaurants, cafes, pubs, and Indooroopilly Shoppingtown, one of the largest shopping centres in Brisbane.

Access to education

The Queensland University of Technology (QUT) has campuses at Gardens Point (in the Brisbane CBD) and Kelvin Grove.

The University of Queensland (UQ) St Lucia campus is easy to access from Raymont Lodge, with many students taking the City Cat ferry; the Toowong Regatta terminal is only a short walk from our College.

Griffith University have major campuses at Nathan and Mt Gravatt, accessible by bus, and the Conservatorium of Music and Queensland College of Art located centrally at Brisbane’s South Bank.

South Bank Institute of Technology is also centrally located in Brisbane’s beautiful and thriving South Bank. A walk along the river and across one of Brisbane’s new bridges or a ferry ride is an enjoyable way to travel to this campus.
